Rosie (Small Hotel Business)

Rosie is one of our first loaness - we gave her 5000 rupees in July 2009.
With that money she has started a roadside hotel. This is not a hotel as we know it in the UK. In rural India a hotel is the word used for a small roadside eaterie. Like a street stall serving food. Rosies hotel is run from her family house. She sereves delicious dhosa and idli (traditional Indian breakfast foods). She has a large clientelle of local villagers whom come every morning to get some breakfast dhosa. I am also one of her most loyal customers (when I am in Vellatur). I enjoy the pleasure of visiting Rosies hotel and it is a delight to enjoy a dhosa - at the bargain price of 3 rupees (per dhosa) I tend to over eat.
